Thank you so much for your instant reaction to my complaint about unsatisfactory flowers. My mother rang this afternoon to say she had received a beautiful & fresh box of red roses & yellow gerberas from Village Blooms & she was highly delighted. I am most impressed with this after being so disappointed with the earlier delivery.

My mother tells me her flowers are beautiful:there are plenty of unopened lilies with lovely greenery,& she has filled several vases. They were courteously delivered to the front door. Good value.
